[MC-121370] "Enter" and "Keypad Enter" Key binding issue

In Minecraft 1.12.2, if set Open Chat key to "Enter" it works with 2 enter button on the keyboard. But in snapshot 17w43a/b this no longer work anymore.

My Keyboard layout is QWERTY with Thai Language layout.

This might have been an intended change caused by LWJGL being updated. After all, those keys are two different keys and not completely the same.

Perhaps add a second set of "alternate" bindings? Would allow those of us who like the Enter=Enter duality to keep using it (with a bit of minor config work).. and give everyone else the ability to make dual bindings of whatever if they want..
