Pressing "chat" key selects search in creative inventory/recipe book AND types the letter

In previous versions, pressing the "chat" key (default T), would switch to the "search" tab in creative mode and select the search bar, as well as selecting the search bar in the survival recipe book. In 17w43a this was removed (MC-121329).

In 17w45a it was fixed, but now sends the keypress (i.e. typing "T" in the search bar) after switching.
