[MC-121649] a few bugs revolving nametags and commands

1. if you use "/execute unless @e[type=cow] run say hi" it runs the command as it is supposed to, but if there aren't any cows it says "no Entity was found"
2. you can't rename nametags. If you put a nametag into an anvil and rename it, it resets after a few seconds
