/execute if and /execute unless on their own give no feedback

After MC-121642 was fixed, the commands now (without run) don't give any feedback or message of any kind indicating success or failure.

Expected behavior would be a message like "No entities found" or "Found 38 matching entities" for entity, etc. etc.

The "expected X, got Y" from 1.12 /testforblock feedback is lost, but these commands do provide feedback now. Fixed!
