/locate always returns z=64

The /locate command always returns a z-value of 64 (or 32 in the case of /locate Stronghold), though the x-coordinate is correct.

When I type the /locate command, minecraft show me the coordinates of the "structure" that I type (in this case "Village") but when I do the /tp command with the exactly coordinates, I'm teleport and the structure there isn't. I'm teleport in a normal place in the map. Same happen when I type "Mansion".

Can you tell us your world seed, as well as the location you were at when you ran the command and where the command put you? Screenshots would be appreciated as well, thank you!

I think MC-123105 should be the main place for this report, since it is more specific about the issue.

When I try to run /locate under my language, the wrong message presents, which is the translation of "Located ... at x (y?) 64". However, after turning back to 1.12 and choosing English(US) to make a valid screenshot, I find that /locate works well but returns another message: "The nearest ... is at x 64 z (... blocks away) ". Maybe the difference is the key of this bug.
