Carrot on a stick can be crafted using damaged fishing rod

This is an issue because the carrot stick produces a fully repaired fishing rod when its durability is expended – so you can fully repair your rod by adding a carrot and clicking on a pig a few times. Or at least, you would be able to if carrot sticks were breakable (MC-112630).
