[MC-124192] Crash when giving named item

when you give yourself any item with a custom name using /give
it crashes the game when you execute the command.

This ticket is either a duplicate of MCPE-30043, or you were attempting to report it for both the Java and the Bedrock versions of Minecraft. Please clarify.

If you were reporting an issue only for the Java version, this is the wrong section. A mod will move your other ticket (MCPE-30043) to the correct section for reporting Java bugs.

If you were reporting an issue for the Bedrock version, please provide the exact command that caused the crash.
