Right clicking adult skeleton horse or mule with spawn egg does not spawn baby

The bug

Normally you can click adult animals with the respective spawn egg to spawn babies, this is true for regular horses as well. However, for skeleton horses and mules this is not the case.

Might affect zombie horses as well but is currently blocked by MC-124147.
