The game wrongly calculates what is visible to the player, and doesn't render everything because of it

In some angles, in some positions, the game incorrectly calculates what should be rendered and doesn't everything.

Here's a screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/ep97anT.png
(Where it's blue and seems empty, there's a wall thee)

I can repreduce it 100% of the time, I just need to walk towards and away from a corner and I'll find a spot where not everything is rendered.

This also happens when walking around outside randomly.

In third person it's even more obvious, I added a zip of the world while in that position and another screenshot. So you should be able to check the bug more easily.

I'm glad I was able to find a place where it can be repreduced 100% of the time, because it had been happening a lot when just wandering normally but I could never repreduce it.

I made sure tu use an unmodded version of Minecraft 1.12.2 to verify it wasn't some mod causing this.
