[MC-124840] Anvils that break upon landing play the repair sound as well

The bug

I was building with anvils to make railings and one fall and broke but it played the repair sound too.

How to reproduce

Take a damaged anvil and drop it 10+ blocks.

Maybe you lagged and saw anvil breaks literally fast. But we need a screenshot to confirm it.

Riccardo Geata, show a screenshot of what? Of an anvil falling or what I was building? Because there is no way for me to manipulate the sound through a screenshot.
