Anvil drops and plays destroyed sound when in powder snow

When you break the block underneath an anvil and quickly replace it with powder snow before the anvil hits the ground, the anvil drops and the anvil destroyed sound is played, even though it is only a one-block fall. (I found this in creative mode)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place an anvil on any block

2. Break the block underneath the anvil

3. Quickly place powder snow in the space that the anvil is falling into before it hits the ground

Expected result: The anvil drops but does not play the destroyed sound

Actual result: The anvil drops and plays the destroyed sound
