Lakes generate through village

Can still be reproduced in 18w21b. Seed: 961751257

Can confirm, still an issue with that seed (the village in question is at -460 72 -198).

This bug is most noticeable in superflat with water lakes on.

When water is under a house, the house is generated without a layer of 2 blocks.

Confirmed for 19w09a. This is a problem for iron golems since they now spawn in every village. There shouldn't be so many water lakes that could trap them.

Seems to be fixed in 19w14a. I have checked many villages and they didn't have any water lakes within the vicinity. I have also checked out a village on super flat in the "Overworld" preset, and the village did not allow any water or lava lakes within a certain area.

Any idea which version it would have been fixed in? (Have you seen it happening in 19w13b?) I tried using the seed in the description but the new village doesn't have a lake or blacksmith in that area.

I looked into it by downgradind one snapshot at a time and it was actually 19w11a that fixed this problem. I even checked a superflat village in 19w09a and it was the only snapshot I checked recently that had water lake generation in villages.
