[MC-125059] armor slots in inventory are not lined up

i open up inventory in MC 18w06a and the armor slots are are not lined up with the GUI. please note that i am using a texturepack. this anomaly happens in normal game without texturepacks as well. I found the same report submitted 2 years ago here is the code: [MC-84029]
