Stretching window in e.g. settings gives crazy positions to ui fields

Hello I have played around with the minecraft window today and came to the result that there is a gui mistake.

Enter the options window in windowed mode and lower the height of minecraft window.

You'll see that the FOV, realms, skin, sounds etc settings will disappear over the label "Options"

Confirmed for 1.13.1, but this is most likely not 'fixable' since you cannot fit much in such a small window, and who would play minecraft in such small size anyways? 😛

It is a beauty mistake and well, it is fixable by e. g. setting a minimum window size.

Can confirm for 1.16.1 but you have to make the window really narrow to make this work.
