[MC-125705] Balloon oak trees generate with an extra set of leaves offset from the trunk

The bug

Balloon oak trees sometimes generate with a second set of leaves offset by one or two blocks on all 3 axis. See attached screenshots. To reproduce:

Seed: 6780435899537189126
1 offset diagonally: /tp @p 170 102 39
2 offset diagonally: /tp @p 200 81 -618

For your second issue, see MC-125007. For your third issue:

The third thing I'm noticing is that big oaks are generating with only one side-branch that's only 1 block long and that the big oaks appear to have the same leaf shape as the balloon oaks, though that might not be new.

I couldn't reproduce that. If you can still see it happening, please create a new ticket for it and include seed and coordinates.

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.13.2, or the latest snapshot 18w46a) of Minecraft?
