When opening the game in the newest snapshot the game will get to the title screen than not able to click on single player, multiplayer, options, or quit game.
This will continue to happen even when the game version is deleted and reinstalled.

Also, when i turn off my computer and turn it back on, minecraft is still on, but this bug has occurred. Also, this does not happen in 1.12.2, only in the 1.13 snapshots
Issue also occurs for me, when the game is changed to windowed borderless or F11 is pressed. Only way I was able to continue interacting with the game was launching at the default size, and then manually expanding the edges.
