While the not dyed Shulker block make use of textures/blocks/shulker_top.png
texture, dyed Shulker blocks don't use their respective block top texture.
Example:
The black Shulker block/box never use textures/blocks/shulker_top_black.png
but portions of textures/entity/shulker/shulker_black.png
This is an issue because the UV map orientations for top and bottom faces are x,z reversed between Shulker block/box and entity.

@Moderator Galaxy_2Alex, please look at provided screenshots for evidence and since these uses the standard assets, why shall I provide a resource pack. I really don't understand your incentive for such request, other than a willingness to dismiss a legitimate and documented issue report.
Please remove the resolved tag that is incorrect, unless you can point at the commit fixing the issue.
This issue has not been updated in any way for well over a year - it is standard procedure to ask for more clarification if this happens, especially if no one else has reported it as an issue. In this case, I misunderstood the report that made me believe this was related to resource packs, and was now able to reproduce it myself.
Please note that in work Workflow of the bugtracker, "Resolved" by itself does not mean anything specific, and you should always also check the "Resolution" on why a report was marked as "Resolved" - "Awaiting Response" in this case.
Please provide an example resource pack that shows off this issue.
