[MC-127450] Incorrect translation in books

Hi, in the German version of the game there is an incorrect translation. It isn't a bug, I know, but I only can report a bug.

In writable books, the translation of "sign" in German is "Schild", but right it is "Signieren".

Besides being a duplicate, this bug is outdated as Crowdin is being updated for 1.13. This explains why WEB 1003 has already been fixed.
