F3 does not work

The F3 menu surprisingly can be opened and closed while an inventory is opened.

I can reproduce this. Also you can't use any of the F3 functions such as F3+A and such

All F-key functions including F1, F2, and F5 work except for F3 while no other game windows (as in crafting, inventory, etc) are opened. As mentioned, none of the additional F3 functions work (except for what was previously mentioned). Shift + F3 also does not work.

It happens to me, too. Sometimes F3+C to copy location is available.
When opening, F3 to see debug screen is available, and Shift+F3 and Alt+F3 sometimes word, too, but F3+Q, F3+H and so on still does not work.
