[MC-1280] Creative menu search offset

Basically the search text input is offsetted when potions are in effect (SSP & SMP)

Can't reproduce. If you can figure out some steps that reproduce it then let me know.

Hmm my comment didn't go through...Anyway i found out it was Too many items causing the issue.

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
