Drowned drop tridents from both loot table and held items

The bug

The drowned can drop 2 tridents at the same time, one from held items, and one from the loot table.

It's also rather weird that drowned without tridents are able to drop them.

The fix

Remove the trident entry from the loot table, so it'll only ever drop from the hand items.
