Dolphins summoned with NoAI take damage and die

If we use /summon minecraft:dolphin ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}, the mob will die after a while.

This is working as intended. Dolphins need to surface for air after a while, and they can't do that when you give them NoAI.
