Bouncy dolphins

Cannot Reproduce

When tping to something, dolphins sometimes bounce.

1. spawn a bunch of dolphins (about 50)
2. run /tp @e[type=dolphin] @s while looking down
3. watch them bounce

this isn't useful, but it's super funny 🙂

I don't see how this is a bug.

They just bounce up and down on their noses. there's no way that's intended.
