Stems of flowers and moss on mossy cobblestone/stone bricks unaffected by biome colouring

Most plant-like blocks are affected by biome colouration rules (grass, leaves, vines). However, moss, flower stems, saplings and certain other blocks are always inherently the same shade of green regardless of the biome the block is within, causing ugly inconsistencies.
