Particle does not spawn, it does not even know what mobSpell is

Use this command in an repeating minecraft_command_block:

/particle mobSpell ^0 ^0 ^5 0.439 1.000 0.494 1 10 normal

You get an error in the comman block if you set it on alway's active. (See atatchment for more info!)
