Same exact issue for me. I deleted and reinstalled and changed GPUs and am still having the same problem.

None of the workarounds detailed here work for me. The game is completly unplayable.
Thanks for your time, but technically, this is not a duplicate as the other bug is marked as having a workaround by toggling raw input or not using KDE, however this is not resolved by either of those. It is also in fullscreen,
I am still getting this issue with and without raw input, with and without fullscreen, and with and without touchscreen mode on i3wm (not kde plasma) with Gentoo Linux. it seems to be a LWJGL issue because it doesn't happen in 1.13.2 and older versions. Please devs, look into this

I think it is that you have a lot of entity's in the world that are loaded, but I'm not sure! Take my commet with a grain of salt...

Crap, forgot I was using faithful pack, i mostly play in it and forgot it was a pack, mojang must have rotated textures for whatever reason, I can just rotate in pack

It's a terrible bug, skeletons have arms like a paralytic (No offense)
Yes, removing resource packs fixes the issue; but I would still like to use both resource packs AND open market place.
