Yes, removing resource packs fixes the issue; but I would still like to use both resource packs AND open market place.
Same exact issue for me. I deleted and reinstalled and changed GPUs and am still having the same problem.
Crash report and resource pack posted.
None of the workarounds detailed here work for me. The game is completly unplayable.
I am still getting this issue with and without raw input, with and without fullscreen, and with and without touchscreen mode on i3wm (not kde plasma) with Gentoo Linux. it seems to be a LWJGL issue because it doesn't happen in 1.13.2 and older versions. Please devs, look into this

Crap, forgot I was using faithful pack, i mostly play in it and forgot it was a pack, mojang must have rotated textures for whatever reason, I can just rotate in pack
