Rock o' Tears was never added to the game.

We, as a community, have dazzled over this texture for years. I believe it is a just cause to say that this is a bug in Mojang, that the block was never added to the game. I believe that "Bleeding Obsidian" should be re-added to the game as a design block. I understand that the idea of a spawn block is no longer an issue, but the issue exists that the idea is still novelty. I say that this block should be added as a simple building block with no effects. It should be added to the creative inventory only (as per the lack of need in survival).
