Obfuscated text uses same random character each frame for each input character

Difficult to describe, but very easy to reproduce and understand.

It seems that some lines differ, while others do not. I recorded a clip in slow motion, which should help show what I'm talking about. You can see it in the clip here:

Confirmed for 1.13-pre7.

It also appears that the characterset is also much more limited now. In previous versions you would see many accented and other unusual characters appear as the obfuscated text. Since this change it seems to only use non-accented alphanumerics.

@unknown aaaa does for instance include ââââ. But previously it was certainly more random and fewer characters are used in general. But that is a different bug, you can create a new ticket for that.
