Fire makes wool sound upon burning a block

Whenever a fire block burns and deletes a block, a wool placing/breaking sound is played.

I've tried, leaves, logs, wool, tnt, grass... It appears to affect all flammable blocks.

In previous versions, no sound was played when fire deleted a block.
