Torches not matching up when lighting restone lamps with the redstone device i made.

Ok, first i made a redstone clock to move a block around with pistons (the clock is running during the rest of the changes), then i changed that block to a redstone block. Then i made currents that the redstone block would turn on. And then i added redstone torches to the mix (that the currents would power the torches on and off). Finally I added redstone lamps to all of the output redstone. I got an interesting result as in one of the redstone lamps powered by the torches would stay on the whole time as the others would blink off once the clock affect got to it. I have a video that shows it better than i can explain it so here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXIopYeB3-k&feature=youtu.be

It still works after i save and quit the world and play it again.

Edit: I went and built it again and it didn't have this issue; however, i built it by building all if the redstone first. It started to blink with the redstone when i added the torches last and then when i triggered the clock, all of the redstone lamps blinked when its turn was. I guess it is just the order of how things are triggered and made.

I think it has to do with the timing of where the clock is (on state wise) and when you place the first torch that can be powered off by the power of the redstone block.

Now, i think of this as a very minor bug since the person could fix it by doing what i did the second time making this.

Can you please zip and attach the world ?

I don't know how to attach the zip but i attached the files. Also, i made the second device in the same world next to the bugged one. And it also still happens when i copy the world to my desktop, rename it, then put back into the .minecraft save folder.

Attaching zip files seems to be broken just now.

I added the zip now that i can. And i made both contraptions with Minecraft version 1.5.1.

You've build four fast clocks by the redstone torches powering the 4 single redstone lamps. The redstone torches burn out often, this creates the flickering effect of the redstone ring.
Delete the 4 fast clocks and the circuit works as intended.

Probably 'client updated', or, like when you have ghost items, reload the map, and they're gone.

When i closed and opened it did the same thing as the first video but then it changed one day (not the other days it was the same before the change by copying the world in and playing it) so it must have been a client update change in the second video.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.2 / Launcher version 1.3.4 ? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

No answer on querry, assuming no longer an issue.

I checked with the world and it is still buggy. I don't know if it would be different if i re-created it in 1.7.2.
