EDIT: Totally forgot about the drag option, should be at the top now 🙂

I checked with the world and it is still buggy. I don't know if it would be different if i re-created it in 1.7.2.

When i closed and opened it did the same thing as the first video but then it changed one day (not the other days it was the same before the change by copying the world in and playing it) so it must have been a client update change in the second video.

Is it just me or did the first world i uploaded in a zip change what it does without any change on my part?

I am attaching another map of this and here is the YouTube video of the newest world I attached: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJLyJ17hF9E&feature=youtu.be

Edit:

I was able to get it to change states with water in a dispenser but it has to be on the dot and i wasn't recording then :/ I think it has to be 4 ticks off then back on again to trigger it.

The change in the redstone current must be turning the torch back on when it turns off when its with-in my design but doesn't work in a single manor in the screen shot. I think, i haven't tested.

EDIT:

Wow, it really does work as a BUD.

EDIT 2:

I'll make a video on this when i get home.

If it was working how it should, why is there a difference between the two contraptions next to each other?

The alleged burned out torch is still powering the redstone and the lamps.

But only one redstone torch stays on when it should be flickering like the rest or vice versa. What i made was just a random build not for a circuit to use in which had a different outcomes of 3 to 1 or 1 to 3 in the first build as shown in the video and when playing the world. The one torch that is keeping the redstone lamp on is getting powered by a redstone torch (It isn't burned out perm since it shows both states when it gets its turn or it shouldn't be showing it is on graphically).

I added the zip now that i can. And i made both contraptions with Minecraft version 1.5.1.

I don't know how to attach the zip but i attached the files. Also, i made the second device in the same world next to the bugged one. And it also still happens when i copy the world to my desktop, rename it, then put back into the .minecraft save folder.
