[MC-1338] Witch isn't at Witch Hut

I found a witch hut and there was no witch anywhere around it.

What I expected to happen:
To find a witch.

What actually happened:
I raged.

Steps to reproduce:
Find witch hut.
Find no witch.

Was it nighttime? Did you wait a while to see if she would spawn? This is not a bug but intended behavior.

Witches do despawn just like regular hostile mobs. They won't spawn again as frequently as other mobs.

Okay, thanks. I did wait to see if she would spawn and it was night, but she just never spawned. I guess I wasn't patient enough, then. Thanks.
