World from 1.12.2 will not run on 1.13

I have 3 worlds in my Java version of Minecraft. Two of these worlds are able to run on Minecraft 1.13 but one will not. The one that will not is the most complex and built world. Prior to trying to run any of these worlds I backed up the .minecraft folder to my external drive. I have tried deleting the saves, just the specific world that will not work and even the entire folder but I still get the same result. I am attaching the log file

There is nothing special in the log file except a 2 second lag when joining.
Did you try to optimize the world?

Just tried to optimize and it failed

Please re-run the optimisation process and attach .minecraft/logs/latest.log after that.

Deleted World and brought in the version I had from backup. Same error when optimizing, Latest Log and the log from the Launch window are both uploaded

If you have either Razer Synapse or Cortex installed, remove them.

Whether you had one of those installed or not, check the following information. Check out how to get to the Environment Variables setting on your computer. Check the list for anything that says ___JAVA_OPTIONS. If you have that setting anywhere, delete it and save the changes, then try to run the game again.

You're running out of memory:
