This is not duplicate of  MC-184740

You are still on a 32-Bit OS, so its not going to work in any version 1.13 or above.
Stop pressing your problem into a report that it has nothing to do with.

Would not be the first time an Antivirus program got a little overzealous about stuff. The file in question looks to be a legitimate one needed in LWJGL

This should not be marked as resolved or a duplicate. All known causes as well as other unrelated fixes were attempted in the #minecrafthelp IRC. With other instances of that exit code, it is a problem on the PC that effects all installed versions. This user only experienced the problem on the latest release version and further snapshots.

photo gallery of me killing mobs to show the spawn count. starts off on normal difficulty. chat says when i switch to easy and hard mode. the snow biome pictures are 1.13.2 hard mode https://imgur.com/a/cbn2DGd

We reconfirmed it for 1.13 and confirmed it for 1.13.1, both singleplayer and multiplayer. We tested it in updated old worlds(optimized and unoptimized) and newly generated ones and got it in both. We found that the farther from spawn you are the more pronounced it becomes. At 40,000x 40,000z it's noticable, and at 400,000x 400,00z it's very clear. When you get to coordinates in the millions the effect increases so much that falling sand can stretch to many blocks away and completely slip from vision.

Being underwater has nothing to do with it, in the original video my friend was much farther from spawn than me and I didn't notice the effect where I was. I was around 12k blocks from spawn and my friend was around 77k blocks away. This is most likely not a graphics processing issue, as I no longer have my GPU card and am getting the same results. For reference, I previously had the Nvidia 980ti, and am now using my Inteli7-7700 CPU for graphics. When my GPU failed I checked multiple things in my computer and everything is up to date. My GPU was also automatically updated. My friend has a Mac Pro with the graphics details shown in the debug overlay.

The following videos were recorded by my friend, as without my GPU I have lost my recording software.

The report you suggested pertains to the exact same issue as this one which is why it points you here. In the future if you cannot find a report that matches your exact problem (error codes that actually match is a good way to determine that) create one of your own. Be thankful that someone gave you an answer to your question in the wrong report. Additionally, no Mojang nor anyone else has a plan to fix this particular issue because it is not a problem with the game, or with a current OS, which additionally seems to apply to your issue as well. So even if you had made a correct report, it would have been left open or marked as a non issue.

If you do not have a Mac, then this report does not pertain to your issue. Do not expect to get your issue solved on this report.

As was previously stated by myself and others. It is a problem with OSX/macOS. If you are running 10.10.5 or lower update your computers OS. If you cannot update, you can only run version 1.12.2 or lower on that machine.

I first encountered this a day or two ago in version 1.13.1. Today I replicated it and captured my footage. I can't replicate it in singleplayer. On my friends private server, I tried replicating this without the glowing effect before my first comment and wasn't able to get it which was confusing. After digging through other duplicates of this, I discovered https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-111031 and realized that I had the glowing effect when I first found this bug. In my video below I show joining a server, applying the glowing effect, and my method of replication which is to quickly tap ctrl, rather than holding it or using w. The rubberbanding will subside after a while and return to walking, but seems to last longer when going faster. Holding ctrl initially or during the rubberbanding will result in normal sprinting. About 1/3 of the way through the video I remembered to turn on the virtual keyboard as requested by Helper Fabian.

I'll add a video when I can get it to replicate again, but I can confirm that this still happens in 1.13.1 and also affects sprint swimming.

You have an older Mac, if you have the ability to update to a newer version of macOS do so. If you cannot update beyond your current version of macOS, you will be unable to run any version of Minecraft above 1.12.2 due to the hardware not meeting the current requirements.

Make sure you reinstall the local game files the following way. Press your Windows+R keys, type in %AppData% at the dialog, and press Enter. In the window that appears, open the .minecraft directory, and delete everything except for the saves directory that you see therein. Then, try running Minecraft again. Good luck!

Currently this issue seems to be due to hardware on older Macs not being able to support the libraries needed for the newest version of the game. Make sure that if you have the ability to update to a newer version of macOS that you have done so. If there are no updates available for your computer, do the following.

Click on the Apple Icon (on the top left) -> About This Mac -> System Report -> Graphics/Displays and make sure your GPU meets the minimum requirements posted here. If it does not meet the requirements, you will need to use version 1.12.2 or lower of Minecraft, or look into using a newer computer.

If your graphics card/hardware does meet the requirements please include our version of macOS and the Model Identifier found in Apple Icon (on the top left) -> About This Mac -> System Report  in your comment.

If you have either Razer Synapse or Cortex installed, remove them.

Whether you had one of those installed or not, check the following information. Check out how to get to the Environment Variables setting on your computer. Check the list for anything that says ___JAVA_OPTIONS. If you have that setting anywhere, delete it and save the changes, then try to run the game again.

Please specify that they should go the forum for support. The community IRC channel DOES NOT handle snapshot issues.
