Mouse sensitivity is no longer acting like "Enhance Pointer Precision"

In the latest version of Minecraft 1.13, the mouse sensitivity is now acting like Win10 edition. Means it no longer act like "Enhance Pointer Precision". Camera movement speed is slow and does not change no matter how you move the mouse. If you increase the sensitivity in game or control panel, the movement will be too fast if you move the mouse slowly. You can easly see the difference of mouse sensitivity between 1.12.2 and 1.13

Before 1.13 (1.12.2 and below) it acts like "Enhance Pointer Precision", camera moves fast when moving mouse faster and camera moves slow when mosing mouse slower... you already know that.

What kind of decision is that? I'm Minecraft Player for 6 years and this is the stupidest changes I ever seen.

All of sudden i was getting used to it and totally forgot about this sensitivity issue. My hand automatically move the mouse again if it's moving too slow. I still use 1.13 without thinking about this issue.

This decision to change this sensitivity behavior is still wrong. Some players may not like this change

In 1.13 they changed from lwjgl2 to lwjgl3.

In the process, it seems like they changed from system input to raw input.

This creates a series of issues, like this one, or others, like being completely uncontrolable at high DPI.

In my opinion, using raw input without letting you adjust sensibility and other mouse adjustements is just wrong.

If you don't like the changes, you can disable "Raw Input" in the Mouse Settings.
