Currently tested with oak fences and cobblestone walls.

Note that glass panes correctly cull against full solid blocks.

Testing discovered MC-136264

May actually be considered a duplicate of said bug.

I cannot reproduce this in 1.13.1, instead I see MC-136364. Can you confirm that it is still culling properly with solid blocks?

as i said, it's probably a duplicate, since i discovered the universal not-culling error later on. MC-136264 can in turn be resolved to MC-109087, see the latest comment on it
