Inserted text for %s in a translation string shows 'null'

How to reproduce

1. /tellraw @a {"translate":"menu.loadingForcedChunks","with":["test"]}

• This shows "Loading forced chunks for dimension null"

• Also happens when the text is in a compound, and with all other text types (scores, selectors, etc)
