When setting CustomModelData on food items, the crumb particle is not updated to the model you specify

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the resource pack below

2. Give yourself a tropical fish using:

   /give @s tropical_fish{CustomModelData:1}

3. See that the tropical fish looks like an apple

4. Eat said tropical fish
   → See that the eating particles are not of an apple, as the apple model specifies, but of the original model, a tropical fish.
