You can download the pack itself here; that file is supposed to show up in the resourcepacks folder but it seems that the game isn't discovering it properly.
Note that this is not proper tone for a bug report.
I'm sorry for using that language, I was already frustrated with my Nvidia GeForce Experience program not working, and I guess I let that carry over to my Minecraft problems. I'm sorry, please forgive me. I'm not gonna use that language ever again in any of my bug reports. Goodbye.
