[MC-138584] Pink, Orange and Brown color on signs have no associated formatting code

Pink, Orange and Brown color on signs have no associated formatting code.

Free format codes for the missing colors would be for example.

§G for Pink
§H for Orange
§I for Brown

These format codes are not yet taken.
They would follow the old order.

Minecraft text formatting colors are based on CGA which only has 16 colors.

Minecraft dye colors are not minecraft text formatting colors.

This is not a bug. Dyes and colour formatting are not linked in any way.
