[MC-138648] Tamed cats not making their new sounds

Stray cats makes their old and new sounds, but tamed cats are only making their old sounds.

maybe strays are supposed to make different sounds, like cat meows are different irl too

Could be WAI, but it would be pretty strange considering they're the same mob. There's just no way to know until a developer speaks out. about it.
