The wither skeleton does not have a spawn egg.
What I expected to happen was...:
I was looking for the wither skeleton spawn egg hoping I could add it to my map.
What actually happened was...:
It wasn't there.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the creative menu and look for the wither skeleton spawn egg
2. It isn't there

The Reason It Has No egg is because wither skeletons are not a separate mob from skeletons. So they have the same entity id. Like when you do /summon there is no Wither Skeleton but there is a Skeleton. But you can do this: /summon Skeleton ~0 ~0 ~0 {Type:1}.
Please keep privacy set to public unless there is a good reason otherwise (confidential information, exploit, security issue, etc). The less people who can look at the issue, the slower it'll be until anyone can deal with it.
Wither skeletons share the same egg as normal skeletons.
