Zombified piglins now sound angry at the correct pitch in 1.16 Pre-release 6, but at the moment they get provoked, they make a broken anger sound. Unlike the proper sound added in 1.16 Pre-release 6, this broken high pitched sound doesn't change when a baby zombified piglin makes it, never randomly changes pitch, and can overlap with the new anger sounds added in 1.16 Pre-release 6.
To reproduce, spawn a group of zombified piglins. Punch one and notice they sound too high pitched, then proceed being angry at the correct pitch.

I might argue that it's actually the adults' grunts being too high pitched rather than the babies' being too low. The anger sound made by pigmen in-game is sped up/higher pitched than the sound files (which can be heard at the original pitch by running /playsound minecraft:entity.zombie_pigman.angry master @a
, and is closer in pitch to the baby's idle sound than the adult's. But either way, adults and babies shouldn't make the same pitched sounds, regardless of which one is the error.
As of 1.16 Pre-release 6, zombified piglins are the correct pitch after being provoked, but will still sound incorrect when being provoked. One way to fix this is to simply remove the "provoked" sound that piglins have, while keeping the new sound that was added in 1.16 Pre-release 6.
This is a repost of MC-13037, which has been resolved long ago (and includes a message that says that a new ticket about this needs to be created and updated frequently). I decided to bring this up years later is because if the baby cats hiss the correct pitch when babies, the baby zombie pigmen should angrily grunt high pitched as well.
