The names of renamed containers aren't shown as italic when inside the GUI

When an item is renamed, its name appears italic when looked over in the inventory or selected in the hotbar. However, when placed, the inside of the block does not show an italic name.

Can you give some confirmasion on if it has ever been italic written name inside of these blocks?

It has never been.

Neither was text above the hotbar before that was implemented.

An item in a hotbar != a block placed in the world. Feels like this would throw off consistency across UI interactions with blocks to me.
