I am playing solo on a local machine and there's a short delay on most actions. The attached videos show two cases, but this seem to be common in a lot of areas so I'm only reporting this as a single bug. I have exited and restarted and the bug persists. This is a world that was created in a previous version. One video shows a delay in fall damage, the other a tree with all wood mined that will not decay. Other examples I have noticed are when the bow is drawn back to full and the button is released to fire there's a delay before the arrow flies.
I opened the backup of the same world in the previous snapshot (18w46a) and cut down the same tree and it started to decay immediately.
