Raid bar will not decrease when raid mobs walked into the nether portal, end portal or end gateway.

⚠️ Note

If the players kills the raid mobs in nether or end, the raid bar in overworld will never disappear.

Confirmed, can be easily reproduced by teleporting the raid mobs to the nether/end by using commands.

/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @e[type=minecraft:pillager] ~ ~ ~
/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @e[type=minecraft:vindicator] ~ ~ ~
/execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @e[type=minecraft:illager_beast] ~ ~ ~

This happened to me in Java 1.14 Pre-release 5, a pillager entered the nether portal and died in lava, and now the raid counter is permanently stuck
