The bug

Sneak-clicking on doors seems to bypass "can this item be placed on the clicked block" checks. When the door opens, the lever (or other such item) pops off.

How to reproduce

  1. Load a world in 18w48a

  2. Get a lever (or other item that can be placed on walls) and place any type of door

  3. Sneak-right click the lever on the front face of the door

  4. (Optional) Open the door to pop the lever off

Confirmed in 1.14.1 - not resolved.

Still in 1.14.2.

I think fences, glass panes and iron bars shouldn't connect to doors or trapdoors, because is unaesthetic.
