The igloo's jigsaw blocks set dirt blocks instead of grass blocks, and the house following this one sets oak planks instead of spruce planks.
There may be other village jigsaw blocks that have mistakes like this, so maybe a double check of them would be good.

The logic is nearly non-existent in your comment, @Catazat. The report shows how the developers themselves put an incorrect block in the "turns into" field of the jigsaw block. What do players editing the jigsaw blocks have to do with this bug report?
This is intended, Jigsaw blocks are only used in world gen, and are not meant for players.
