Random dirt block and grass block spawn in the village paths

This might be caused by the jigsaw blocks that are right above those spots in the structure files.

A simple fix would be lowering all the jigsaw blocks with "street" or "house_entrance" as attachment type by one block and make them turn into grass_path

Confirmed in 19w08b and 19w09a.

Can no longer be reproduced with the provided seed & coordinates in 19w14a. Either fixed or we need to find a new seed.

Works As Intended. The grass blocks and the dirts are intentional to generate as they can make variants to the path
